Shipping & Returns

Each Larici item is produced to order. This allows us to offer distinctive designs while avoiding unnecessary inventory and overproduction. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, exchanges, and product issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Larici offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

Because our products are made to order, your purchase requires production time before it is shipped.

Production: Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–5 business days.
Shipping: After production is complete, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days.
Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order contains multiple items, products may occasionally be fulfilled or delivered separately.

Size Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in the fit of your Larici purchase. If an item does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to the conditions below.

To request a size exchange:

Contact us at info@lariciapparel.com within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Larici.
After the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement size will be produced and shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Size exchanges are limited to a different available size of the same product. Each eligible purchase is limited to one size exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item you ordered, please contact us at info@lariciapparel.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and validated, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Returns & Refunds

Because Larici products are produced specifically in response to each order, we do not generally accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or reasons other than an eligible product issue.

Refunds or replacements are available for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items as described above.

Size-related concerns are handled through our one-time size exchange policy.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, photographs, and available sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may not be able to change the delivery address

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped.

If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@lariciapparel.com so that we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
